Some good vibes

Music is a moral law. It gives soul to the universe, wings to the mind, flight to the imagination, and charm and gaiety to life and to everything – Plato.

Met this man singing a peace of sufi poetry by Shah Abdul Latif Bhittai, a 16th century sufi saint from Sindh region, now in Pakistan. The man was fully indulged in musical ritual at shirne of Shah Abdul, devotees perform this ritual 24/7 and it never stops.

Canvas of life, color and action

As i keep evaluating my personal website hosted by SmugMug for better viewing experience. One key issue was with big watermarks on images which are embedded automatically when i upload images to gallery. Thankfully, SmugMug allows it to change whenever user wants, so i went ahead and shrunk the watermark to smaller signature in corner and disabled right click protection. This will allow visitors to save and share images quickly and enjoy the art rather than trying not to see the watermark.

Hope you will like the new title of website Canvas of life, color and action

Meditation under the rocks of Noorabad

When one visits Noorabad near Kahuta, Pakistan and wanders in wilderness, it is only then when one understands why people believe in meditation and what is peace. It is not important what one believes in, it’s about peace in wilderness where these rocks once came to meditate. Click image for large sizes and prints from my website
